Vista Transformation Pack содержит практически все визуальные нововведения, встречающиеся в Windows Vista. Изменения затрагивают всё: начиная от загрузочного экрана, заканчивая внешними оболочками (скинами) различных стандартных программ. После инсталляции Vista Transformation Pack все окна, включая системные настройки, поддерживают прозрачность. Кроме внешних изменений в операционную систему Windows XP, пакет Vista Transformation Pack вносит и некоторые функциональные добавления. Например, после установки Vista Transformation Pack на Рабочем столе появляется боковая информационная панель.
